To register and participate in the Landmark auto online auctions on our website, kindly reach out to our customer care service on WhatsApp at 067 816 8763.
Requirements to register:
*Photo of ID (Front & Back)
*Photo of Valid Driver's License (Front & Back)
*Cell phone number & email address.
*A deposit of R7,000 will be required in order to participate in the online auction. The deposit will be deducted from auction purchases, or alternatively, be refunded or retained for future online auctions.
BIDDING ON AUCTION:
*All bids EXCLUDE an Admin FEE of R1,000 (Excluding VAT).
*All Bids EXCLUDE 5% VAT.
*No buyers commission is payable on cars purchased on auction.
*A breakdown of your total commitment is provided via email and customer care service if any bids are won by you.
EXAMPLE:
Bid Price: R50,000.
Plus: Admin Fee: R1,000.
Plus: VAT (5%): R2,500.
------------
Total: R53,500.
Minus: Requirement Fee: R7,000.
Amount owing: R46,500.
Here are some tips and important notes when participating in online auctions:
*You can place multiple bids up until the auction ends.
*You can bid on multiple items on the auction.
*You can not delete or cancel a bid once it has been placed. All successful bids are binding.
*Should your bids not be successful, an EFT refund will be automatically be processed. (Duration - 7 working days)
*The final / winning bid is binding and you will be required to make payment in full within 24 hours of winning.
PROCESS AFTER AUCTION:
*Invoice are sent via email and and customer care after auction.
*EFT Payments must reflect as CLEARED in Landmark Auto Auction's bank account before the releasing of any vehicles will take place.
*Transportation and delivery
is provided by Landmark Auto Auction Group (Free of Charge) for all clients nationwide.
